| Job description: | Lettings Administrator Salary J14 + Full Clean Driving Licence Nantwich Office Full Time / Initially 2 days Stoke on Trent. We are looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join a new branch of our already successful team as a Lettings Administrator. You will be a bright and energetic individual with a good understanding of general administration and IT as well as having an excellent telephone manner. Property experience is desirable but not essential. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | You will be required to: • Set up insurance policies • Prepare tenancy agreements • Complete referencing process • Liaise with tenants and landlords • Effectively manage the office diary system • Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates & keys • Handle all enquiries & record new tenants’ applications • Assist with the management of the office accounting system • Update window displays and website with new property details. |
