Letting & Sales Negotiator Part Time

| Job description: | We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a get up and go attitude to join our team of Sales & Lettings Negotiators. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Experience within lettings or estate agency is preferred with working knowledge of CFP Winman Letting & Sales software but all candidates with transferrable skills will be considered. Must have excellent customer service skills & a proven sales ability. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, flexible and have a good geographical knowledge of the Fife, Dundee, Perth & Kinross area. A full driving licence is essential as is excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive business relationships via the telephone. The duties will include but not be exclusive to office administration duties, registering applicants, conducting viewings and prospecting for new business. Part time Working Hours between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | Proven track record in sales & letting, computer literate with CFP winman experience preferred. Good knowledge of the areas we cover. |
