| Job description: | Reporting to the Head of the Eddisons Residential Limited Management Team, the post holder must have experience and be able to manage the day to day running of a busy lettings team and workloads. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Take the lead role and be proactive in ascertaining details of developments, hold initial sales meetings, obtain information as required to provide quotations, visit and risk assess new sites, and delegate and oversee all lettings matters; Hold client facing meetings with insolvency clients and build relationships to secure new business; Contribute to and provide in the overall strategic management of the business and help shape the overall growth of the lettings department; Take a leading role in business development as appropriate and as directed and take a proactive and targeted approach of growth areas and build the private landlord portfolio; Deal with complaints relating to the residential lettings team and take overall management of the department; Source 3rd party lettings agents as and when required and meet and negotiate terms; Implement and introduce new procedures in relation to using and capturing client and prospective client data to maximise lettings and produce overall efficiencies; Provide strategic reports and guidance to the residential landlords to maximise lettings activities to cover (by way of example) whether renovation is required and repairs needed.
