| Job description: | We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator to join our busy and expanding student letting agents in Headingley. The successful candidate will be confident and self motivated with a target driven manner. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | You will be responsible for the full lettings process including; • Qualifying leads from tenants • Processing tenancies and all administration that goes with the lettings process • Preparing and updating all advertising and marketing material. (Design, pricing and placing of external advertising and updating internet advertising) • Actively promote each property, book and attend viewings and run the office diary • Obtain references and conduct credit referencing searches • Update inventories and prepare all other routine documentation • Day to Day office duties • Administration • Dealing with telephone, email and walk in Leads • Viewings • Applications • Business generation |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | Applicants must have experience of working within lettings, have a confident and professional manner along with excellent communication and organisation skills. Own car and full driving license is preferred but not essential. • Great Telephone Manner • IT knowledge • Basic Administration Knowledge • Strong Work Ethic |
