| Job description: | Difficult times call for change, and the team and LandlordNanny believe they will revolutionise the Residential Property Management sector through franchising their highly acclaimed internet site, LandlordNanny.com. Current research shows that over 90% of all property related searching is now done via the internet - and estate agents are now starting to acknowledge that the internet is the most powerful and cost effective market tool at their disposal. Since the launch of LandlordNanny.com back in June 2008 we have received overwhelming response to the site. LandlordNanny is an internet based solution for self managing landlords – basically the site gives users access to all the tools their local letting agent has. One criticism we did have for the site was the lack of ‘localised’ expertise. Some Landlords still need local expertise and support at times. Services like valuations, full tenant find support, and managing problem tenants have all been identified as market needs. In addition LandlordNanny franchisee's will offer a ‘user pays’ letting model ’ whereby Landlords will be charged a small monthly fee, and then only be charged for services they require. The new LandlordNanny.com internet solution will provide landlords with the tools they need to self manage their investment property, but also give them access to local support when they need it. The revamped site will be launched early in the new year, and the team at LandlordNanny are now calling for potential franchisees to provide the support. Franchise areas will be exclusive, and will require a minimal initial fee of between J1000-3000, as well as a small monthly marketing and service fee. Being an internet based business, a LandlordNanny franchised can be successfully managed from home, and a proactive franchisee with the right experience should be able to earn in excess of J30,000 a year. |
