I have worked my way through the ranks, culminating in my latest role, which gave me the challenge of setting up the Private Letting business for my employer. It was a cold start and from 'opening the doors for business' in February 2010, the challenge ranged from introducing/setting up all the relevant documentation, to designing the To Let board and taking a proactive approach to develop the landlord base, the company now has prerties availble to let and a managed stock of 40. I am ARLA qualified and also worked at generating contacts with local councils over housing ex-asylum seekers and homeless people who the councils were unable to accommodate through their normal outlets. |
