| Candidate CV resume: | I am interested in applying for a position as a trainee letting agent/lettings administrator in order to be able to progress within the property industry. I am interested in this position because I am looking to move into a role that I feel will help me to develop and consolidate my skills and knowledge. My interest has always been in the property sector. I have recently been involved in the family business especially the development side, but more recently I have been involved with the maintenance of properties and dealing with tenants this has confirmed my decision to aim for a career in this field. I am enthusiastic and well organised: I find my enthusiasm can be infectious and help motivate others. I thrive on hard work and new challenges; work effectively with a team but am also very flexible.
