| Candidate CV resume: | I have been involved in estate agency for over 30 years incuding serving on the board of a large group agency as the sales director, responsible for residential sales offices and staff training. I am 62 yoa. Now retired, I have, as an interest, been conducting mystery office visits to estate agents sales and letting offices. My approach has been as a potential purchaser or landlord. Following my office visit, I have produced a confidential report, for the attention of the responsible director or partner of the office, detailing the content of my interview with the sales person. I am interested in conducting more office visits any where in the country. My fee structure is out of pocket expenses only, as this activity for me is mainly an interest, not seeking to create a new profit making career. I have, since retirement been conducting such mystery visits for a number of agencies including my own previous company and wish to continue. I am happy to produce for an agent, a one off report as an example prior, to being asked to contact further offices |
