Sewell Gardens & Property Maintenance Self Employed Property Maintenance Operative and Graphic Designer My responsibilities within this role include providing property maintenance services for a portfolio of managed properties across the Newcastle upon Tyne area. These services include painting and decorating, groundwork and landscaping, paving, decking and cladding and a range of other general property maintenance services. September 2007 May 2008 Redridge Residential Lettings Co-ordinator / Administrator My responsibilities within this role included providing assistance in the marketing of properties and arrangement and attendance of property viewings and inspections. I was also responsible for providing administrative assistance and customer services provision to assist in the management of properties on behalf of a portfolio of landlords. This required financial management of various systems for control of rent payments, co-ordination of employee wages and general resources. An important aspect of this role involved providing co-ordination of maintenance schedules to ensure that all property maintenance works were carried out in accordance with priority and required organising of resources and maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs were met within a strict timetable. January 2006 May 2007 Addeco Temporary Administrator positions I have undertaken administrative roles as a temporary worker on behalf of Addeco. This has included working on behalf of CCTV motoring services providing administrative support for the police. I have also undertaken data input and analysis tasks on behalf of Rural Payments Agency providing administrative support for the processing of claimant forms. September 2005 May 2006 Basement Nightclub June 2004 May 2005 The Turf Tavern Bar Staff My responsibilities within these roles included working as a member of Bar Staff within a busy nightclub and Bar / Restaurant venue. I was responsible for serving customers a range of drinks as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas was maintained and ensuring that any customer complaints and queries were dealt with. My duties also included liaison with management to assist in dealing with discrepancies and the monitoring and recording of beverage wastage and breakages. As part of this role I was also commissioned on various occasions to provide graphic design services for the production of various marketing documents on behalf of Basement Nightclub including posters and flyers for events. June 2003 Present AS Joiner & Builder Adhoc basis - General Joiner and Building Labourer My responsibilities have included providing a range of building services support which has included working as a general labourer and providing specific skill sets such as basic joinery, bricklaying, window fitting. I have also been responsible for assisting in the management of financial information including overseeing payment of invoices, credit control and general administrative duties as required. Hobbies and Interests: I have a varying range of hobbies and interests. I have a great interest in music and enjoy attending gigs and festivals and am an avid guitar player.
