I am a hard working and highly motivated individual with a lot of ambition. I am honest and trustworthy which allows me to develop excellent working relationships and because of this am able to work well as part of a team. I have determination and am good at time keeping and because of this I am able to complete my working duties to set deadlines whilst ensuring that a high quality of work is maintained. I am also a fast learner who is fully computer literate and posses a range of technical software skills essential to completion of generic and graphic design works.

My responsibilities within this role include providing property maintenance services for a portfolio of managed properties across the Newcastle upon Tyne area. These services include painting and decorating, groundwork and landscaping, paving, decking and cladding and a range of other general property maintenance services. This requires marketing of various services to ensure a successful work profile and overseeing the management of financial accounts and purchasing of resources.

I have recently began providing commissioned paint works services covering design and application of logos and graphics for refurbishment works and sign design and assembly for interior and exterior surfaces.

I am also responsible for providing freelance Graphic Design services which includes marketing materials; flyers and leaflets, posters, text and typeface design, This has included providing design services on behalf of Redridge Residential for company re-branding including corporate identity redesign, and production of various marketing documents.

My responsibilities within this role included providing assistance in the marketing of properties and arrangement and attendance of property viewings and inspections. I was also responsible for providing administrative assistance and customer services provision to assist in the management of properties on behalf of a portfolio of landlords. This required financial management of various systems for control of rent payments, co-ordination of employee wages and general resources.

An important aspect of this role involved providing co-ordination of maintenance schedules to ensure that all property maintenance works were carried out in accordance with priority and required organising of resources and maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs were met within a strict timetable.

Temporary Administrator positions

I have undertaken administrative roles as a temporary worker on behalf of Addeco. This has included working on behalf of CCTV motoring services providing administrative support for the police. I have also undertaken data input and analysis tasks on behalf of Rural Payments Agency providing administrative support for the processing of claimant forms.

My responsibilities within these roles included working as a member of Bar Staff within a busy nightclub and Bar / Restaurant venue. I was responsible for serving customers a range of drinks as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas was maintained and ensuring that any customer complaints and queries were dealt with. My duties also included liaison with management to assist in dealing with discrepancies and the monitoring and recording of beverage wastage and breakages.

As part of this role I was also commissioned on various occasions to provide graphic design services for the production of various marketing documents on behalf of Basement Nightclub including posters and flyers for events.

My responsibilities have included providing a range of building services support which has included working as a general labourer and providing specific skill sets such as basic joinery, bricklaying, window fitting.
