As sales and letting assistant my responsibilities included assisting the sales and letting manager in facilitating residential and commercial property sales as well as residential property lettings. I was involved in coordinating the sale of properties from the initial valuation and client instruction, through advertising and showing the property to potential purchasers, to the exchange and completion of the sale at the best possible price for the seller. Besides, I was also involved in sale of shops, offices, warehouses and factories. In the area of lettings I was involved in finding suitable tenants for properties, drawing up necessary agreements, arranging collection of rent and often dealing with any financial or maintenance issues that arise through out the tenancy. I handled most of the daily administrative duties in the office including customer queries, tenants, photocopies and fax. April.’05-june.’08 Foot Locker (UK) Ltd A customer service assistant working as part of a team responding to customer queries by face to face, over the phone or via email. I also involves in unpacking goods, replenishing stocks, stocking shelves. |
