Very nice letting agency, they have just taken over our house and they've been very good. Incredibly responsive which is great. I'm disabled and strugle to find good places to live and Woo are great and helping with things at the house.

The difficult situation we found ourselves in regarding the tenant that we accepted to move into our property in Netherfield was causing a lot of stress to us all. Once the problem was explained you readily agreed to take over dealing with our tenant who was already in significant debt with erratic/non payment of rent. Your knowledge of the legal procedures required to regain possession of our property is very impressive and ultimately successful as the tenant has now vacated the flat. The property is now ready for viewing and finding a new tenant which I know we both look forward to.


We know that searching for a property can be frustrating, especially when some properties are let before they even make it onto Rightmove. We maintain an active list of people looking for a property and these people get details of new properties coming available, sometimes before they come onto the market. Often we are shown property of landlords who are struggling to find tenants, yet on many occasions we can tell within minutes of walking through the door, why they have had little interest. Usually with just a little bit of work, these properties can be made more rentable; without having to commit a large budget. Most tenants will view five or six properties before choosing one to rent; and will often make up their mind based on a single viewing. After considering the type of tenant you want to attract, you need to help them choose your property over others.


Letting your property is not without risks. The vast majority of tenants are sound but as with many things in life, there are problems caused by a few.
