Win Win Property Management was born out of the belief that the only way for a long-term relationship to last the test of time is to create a Win Win and we are happy to create this by being upfront, honest and proactive.
With this in mind, we are strongly against profiteering from works being done on your property and will not benefit from any mark-up in contractor’s costs, keeping the invoices to a minimum and assisting your cashflow.
You can switch to Win Win even if your property is tenanted — whether you are self-managing or using another agent. We will handle the entire handover process for you, including (if necessary) writing to your current agent on your behalf.
