If you have viewed a property and would like to apply for the tenancy, you must pay a reservation deposit before proceeding to the tenant referencing stage. A reservation deposit is essentially a rent payment made in advance to demonstrate your commitment to the tenancy. The amount paid will be deducted from your first rent payment at the start of the tenancy. We normally ask for a reservation deposit of 300, though it may be more if the property is being reserved for a long period or if it commands an above average rent.
