Unlike many agencies we will not charge you or the tenant a tenancy renewal fee after the initial term when there is no change to the tenancy agreement.

We require all types of quality rental accommodation in and around the Cities of Derby & Nottingham, we can also market, let and manage quality rentals in Burton upon Trent and Ashbourne. All of our potential tenants and guarantors are thoroughly referenced and come with 12 months legal cover as standard (employed tenants only) .
