As a new company to the market we are offering a fresh perspective on how things should be done. Whilst we are not trying to reinvent the wheel, we are looking to do things a little better than the competition. Our marketing methods include the usual media outlets, s1 homes, citylets, gspc and, Lettingweb, however, where I think we excel is by providing a full colour brochure complete with floorplan as standard not an extra cost over and above (attached examples)! We'll also provide a board (window or garden) and will feature regularly in the Scotland Homes magazine in the Herald. With this you will be given the option of having your property displayed in the Herald, at an extra cost. Our own website is cutting edge, contemporary and user friendly. It will allow prospective tenants to register their details online and be notified of new properties as they become available, as well as download the colour brochure for their perusal.

As far as experience, rest assured, we at VSL are not rookies. Our Managing Partner, Innes Allan has over 15 years as a property professional, and Jon Clay (New Business Development) has spent the last 10 years in the letting sector. Our combined experience will allow us to outperform against any of our competitors and deliver a bespoke service that clients deserve.

Late summer last year I decided to sell my flat, and started the dreaded process of finding an estate agent.
