I let a property with this firm and received very poor customer service. Whilst the property itself was very nice, when things went wrong like the locks on the door failing or the gas cutting itself off I found that my phone calls for help and advice were often ignored. When I moved in there were a few windows that wouldn't open more than a cm.
This was pointed out upon checking into the house however it was a year before the windows were fixed. Surely this a huge health and safety issue and is negligent on their part. When the front door lock went we were left for days with an un-secure door. Our shower screen leaked causing damp to form on the ceiling of the room below. It took 4 months for this to be rectified. It seems the only time they seem to want to contact you is when they are trying to get extra money out of you. I found this happened at check out when they tried to over charge for small actions that they claimed needed to be taken. I would never use them again and recommend that others avoid them too.
