Stratton Beaumont have been managing my property for the past 2 years now and it has been a great experience from the start. I am thoroughly happy with the service that they provide and I trust fully that they have the best interests of both myself and my tenants in mind in what ever they do.

The best features of Stratton Beaumont are the Landlord and Tenant portals which make the whole experience that little bit smoother, through this I can directly see what my tenants are requesting and can see all my agreements and invoices quickly and easily in one place..

The other great thing is at the end of the first tenancy I had to instructed them to repaint the property in preparation for looking for new tenants. As they have their own decorators the property was completely repainted within 5 days of being instructed to do so and the cost was about half that of what i was expecting!

I have been a tenant of Stratton Beaumont for a year now and have found their service to be great. I have rented previously with a different agency and found the whole process to be a nightmare, not only were the fees extortionate but I found other agencies to be reluctant to do anything for me and I didn't feel like they were approachable at all, or if I could approach them I didn't feel like they would present my problem to the landlord effectively which is why I moved out of the property and left that agency in the first place.

Since I moved in with Stratton Beaumont I have been much happier. The fees were more than reasonable which really helped out, and form the get go felt like they really cared about me.

As a tenant with this company for the past 2 years I found Stratton Beaumont to not only be fair but also impartial, they seem to understand that letting property is not only about the landlords profit margins, it is also about the tenants being happy and being able to be proud of where they live. They have conducted regular inspections, which started off as 3 monthly which was ok but after a while they approached the landlord and recommended that 6 monthly would acceptable as I was a good tenant, this made me very happy as it is far less intrusive.

They have always been easy for me to get a hold of and once when I had a water leak they were there within the hour, I think actually about 30 mins after reporting. They were very kind and not only shut off the water but stayed to help me clean up!

Their team also came around and replaced my bathroom- the entire thing- boiler, bath, shower, toilet, tiles, lights, the whole shebang.. I couldn't believe it they were in and out within 2 days! I have never seen work to such a high standard get done that quick!

I highly recommend Stratton Beaumont to other tenants.

Stratton Beaumont do not currently seem to sell properties but a friend recommended them to me as they do have their own independent financial advisor and they are slowly looking to grow a property academy, I wasn't completely sure what this meant but I had been waiting to speak to the mortgage advisor from my bank for over 3 weeks and wasn't getting any joy so I went to see Nick the IFA on my friends recommendation. I found Nick to be absolutely amazing fully knowledgeable, which is to be expected, and I had my mortgage offer the next day!

I then spoke with Leon about what kinds of property I was looking for and told him that I was looking to ‘buy to let’ but wasn't overly sure about what kind of property would provide me with the greatest return on investment and what negatives I should look for when purchasing (as its my first property) Leon then accompanied me on my first 3 viewings to advise me on what might be good/ bad points..

This was above and beyond what I could of ever expected a letting agent to do for me and am thoroughly grateful to Leon and his team!

I will definitely be using Stratton Beaumont to manage my property when it all goes through :)

I have been a tenant of Stratton Beaumont for 2 years now and the service has been excellent, they have a very professional yet friendly attitude. They conduct regular but not intrusive inspections where they bring up any concerns that they may have whilst also working with the tenant to ensure that the property is maintained and kept at a good standard.

The team at Stratton Beaumont are always easy to get hold of on the phone and have always managed to attend the property in response to any issues that I may have within the same/ next working day, the best thing is that a working day for them is 6 days a week Monday- Saturday!

It never seems to be difficult to get problems sorted at the property in regards to decorating etc, I guess this is because Stratton Beaumont have their own in-house team of tradesmen (something I have never seen a letting agent have before) I guess this must make things cheaper because when I put a request in for touch ups to be done, they were out within the month to do this.

I never want to use another agent again, the best experience I have had!


I have been a tenant with Stratton Beaumont for only about 5 months and am now coming up to the end of my 6 month tenancy, which is a shame because it has been a delight from day one. I fully intend to rent again through Stratton Beaumont when I return from traveling next year! The best agency I have used!
