I frst met this agency when looking to rent in St Albans, they were always polite and professional. I always thought I would use them if I were to ever be a landlord which did happen. They have been my managing my property for 11 years and always jump on maintenance issues for tenants. I have always found them helpful and friendly and have never had any issues with them. Unlike other agencies they don't insist in pushing the rent up on tenets every year either which is good for the tenant and I respect as a landlord.

In response to government guidelines, the offices of Space Lettings are now open, but access to the public remains temporarily suspended for the safety of both clients and staff. We ask that any communication with us continues to be by email or phone. We are asking tenants please to report any maintenance issues as they arise, but to be aware that there may be a delay in getting a contractor to attend, as both your and their safety is of utmost importance. We are a member of Propertymark (which includes their Client Money Protection Scheme (Member C0012376)) and The Property Ombudsman (Member D01001).
