Efficient, exceptionally low fees, honest and upfront. Just rented a flat with them and with self referencing I only paid a deposit. Compared to every other estate agent I've used they win hands down. Thoroughly recommend.

Many of our clients enjoy a management service for their rental property. Our fully managed service gives you complete peace if mind: vetted tenants, excellent ongoing management, regular inspections and updates and an efficient work order and evaluation system for maintenance. If you want some involvement, perhaps dealing with maintenance, then try a bespoke management service. We recognise that many property owners and landlords might not require a management service. No problem! We can offer a whole range of individual services to assist you with your requirements.


This service is properly comprehensive - as well as sourcing your tenant and correctly setting up the tenancy we inspect the property regularly and advise on and oversee maintenance. We know how houses and buildings work and how they're built! We understand the technicalities and we get maintenance done through a clear and efficient work-order system. At the end of tenancies we rarely have disputes - because we sort out any problems as we go along. A comprehensive check-out is of course included By the way, reletting is free of any extra charge under our managed service!


Chris started the business in 2010 whilst serving as a Royal Navy helicopter pilot. In 2014 Chris left the RN to run Proudhouse full-time and started trading from a small office in Park House in Yeovil. The business quickly grew and within a year a larger office at Park House was acquired and Chris' staff came on board. Fiona joined Proudhouse in April 2019 and quickly settled into the role of maintenance manager. As Proudhouse has grown our maintenance requirements have expanded and this role was created to fulfil and create a great customer experience for our tenants and landlords.
