Our CEO, Adam Sutherland BSc ACSI CeMAP, is a Qualified Investment Adviser (Financial Planning & Advice, Securities, Derivatives) and Mortgage & Protection Adviser with Mortgage Advice Bureau, one the UK's largest mortgage brokers. Adam graduated with a BSc in Investment and Finance in Property from Henley Business School (part of The University of Reading) with a degree classification of 2.1. Upon graduation he was employed by Investec Bank plc (part of the FTSE 250 index) for over five years in both London and Manchester offices within the Structured Property Finance Team of the Private Banking Division.

Occasionally, we offer clients the opportunity to act as a silent partner in investments and developments we undertake as a company. If you prefer to simply lend funds to a trading property company or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) then you can earn 5-8% per annum. Security is usually provided via a 2nd legal charge against the property, an assignment over any rental income (giving you the right to any surplus rental income) along with personal guarantees from the company directors.
