I have been a landlord in and around Milton Keynes for more years than I care to remember! I have also sampled many letting agencies in my time some very good and some not so good. I moved one of my rental properties to Prestige in early 2009 after it had sat empty with my current agent for a number of weeks. Prestige were exceptionally professional, a joy to do business with and gave me help and advice to get my property let. I have subsequently moved my portfolio of properties to them one by one. The most important thing about Prestige is that I can trust them, and I know all my properties will receive the same level of service (regardless of rent amounts) and will be well looked after. Another important factor for me is to get my rent paid in a timely manner and without having to chase for payments continuously. Prestige have excelled at this and I never have to worry. Very efficient letting agent, from a tenants perspective. Emails are answered quickly and requests for maintenance actioned swiftly and not quibbled. Not had any issues that haven't been resolved.
There are hefty fees to pay for taking a property and renewal of tennancy etc, but no more than other agents so can't really mark them down for that.

We had fantastic service from Adam, Tony and the team during the time our property was let. From quickly finding a tenant, to the amazing support they provided during a very challenging maintenance issue and managing the end of tenancy handover. Couldn't fault them!

Renting a house is a completely new experience for us. We approached a number of agents to discuss our needs and the properties available. As well as individual properties we currently manage a number of apartment blocks & complexes. If you have properties you would like to transfer (either individual houses/apartments or a block) we will assign you a single point of contact who will manage the process for you. Depending on your existing contract we can often transfer properties with tenants remaining in occupation, minimising void periods. In the first instance please make contact with us in plenty of time before your current contract/tenancy agreement is due to end.

We have been pro-active in our response to the global pandemic and had procedures in place prior to lockdown to allow us to help landlords and tenants through these difficult times. We are offering Virtual Viewings and 360 degree photographs along with floor plans of properties available to rent. This allows prospective tenants to make informed decisions. Combined with electronic signatures for tenancy and check in documents allowing us to effectively market and let properties. We are operating a check in procedure which conforms to the government self-distancing guidelines, protecting our team and tenants safety.

We are accreditation with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and SAFE Agents Scheme which includes comprehensive yearly accounts audits, membership of the Property Ombudsman and membership of the Client Money Protection Scheme (a scheme for Rental Agents similar to the travel industry ABTA, which protects clients money).
