The cost of our sales service: £695 + VAT for properties up to £100,000. 1% + VAT for properties over £100,000, with £150 contributed towards legal fees. £300 towards legal fees for sales over £150,000.

The cost of our Full Management Service: Tenant finder fee, equates to: 2 weeks rent for a 6 month Tenancy or, 3 weeks rent for a 12 month Tenancy. Monthly Management fee of 10% (5% for the first 12 months). All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
