A professional floorplan really shows off your property and means tenants know the layout in advance of viewing. Prospective tenants always like to see a floorplan. All you have to do is send us a sketch of your property with dimensions marked and we'll create an electronic floorplan to help tenants understand the layout and proportions. This will be stored on our system to help advertise your property. Sketch out your floorplan on paper and upload a scan or photo of it while setting up your advert.

At my-Let we value all our customers and endeavour to support you in any way we can. If, however, you feel that we have fallen short of your expectations, we will do whatever we can to resolve your issues. We promise to be transparent in all our dealings with you during this process. If we are unable to resolve your issue or you are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigations we will provide details of how to contact The Property Ombudsman ( of which my-Let is a member) who will be able to independently review your complaint and how we handled it.

Use Ad Builder to create your advert for the property websites, upload, then wait for tenant enquiries. We help you promote your property with useful tips, manage your enquiries and provide weekly status updates. We check your property is still available each week too. Choose whether to receive enquiries either by email or SMS, or by both. Alternatively you can choose not to receive alerts and instead log onto your account to view enquiries. We do not use your details for any other purposes. Tell us when you last had an EPC assessment, gas safety check, electrical check or legionella check performed and we will remind you when the next one is due ( a month in advance).
