From Our Website

Midwinter Koval is the longest established property letting agency in the region and also the largest, with over 500 properties under management. The three directors are also the founders of the company and are still actively involved in the day to day running of the business. This involvement extends to all aspects of the business from landlords' accounts to arranging repairs. We are the only agency where all viewings for prospective tenants are carried out by the directors. At Midwinter Koval, we are different.

All tenant checks and vetting is done by our experienced staff and rental payments are overseen by our Director of Finance. This means that when you have a query we can provide you with a full answer very quickly.

We give honest advice to enable you to get the best price for your property in a reasonable time. Equally importantly we will give you regular feedback on the progress of your sale.

At the time of making an application for a property, prospective tenants will be asked to pay the equivalent of one week's rental as a holding deposit, which will be carried forward as part payment of the main deposit paid at the start of the tenancy, as long as the application is successful or refunded to the tenant if the landlord doesn't wish to let. However prospective tenants should be aware that it will not be refunded if they have provided false or misleading information, fail a right to rent check, withdraw their application, if the credit check uncovers adverse history over and above items that the agent has been made aware of or fail to respond to reasonable requests for information.
