Can not praise them enough. They are by far the best letting agents iv found in merthyr. I really like the fact the letting side of things is based locally and not 10-20miles away and as such the communication between tenant/landlord/agency has been great. Being a smaller firm isn't a negative, iv found them to be far more professional than any of the larger firms and they definitely dont rest on their laurels. I like the smaller, personalised touch and enjoy the fact i literally know who will answer the phone or email me a response when i have a question. Im very happy so far having moved to them and have even had some advice off them for my other currently poorly managed property elsewhere (for now).
