We have just launched the flagship branch as an expansion to our existing sister office based in Brentford and plan to be offering our expert lettings advice - to landlords and tenants looking to live in the area - for many years to come.

We also own (and work closely with) the Brentford office; this is our second office launched in a major high street location and with over 50 years combined experience in property industry between us, handling all types of lettings enquiries comes as second nature.

Meet the Ealing team

Sarb Rai is our company director and runs both the Brentford and Ealing branches. He has a background in telecoms and management, but has been working in the lettings industry for a number of years now, and has what it takes to ensure that all our client’s needs are fulfilled.

Steve Singh has relocated to the Ealing Office as Senior Lettings Negotiator from our Brentford branch. Steve has over 20 years experience in the property industry and takes a hands-on approach towards his work. Steve has great communication skills, and will always be available to help.

Alberto Williams has just joined the team as new Business Generator. Even though he is new to the team, with over 15 years experience behind him in the lettings world, Alberto has the passion and knowledge to ensure that all of our landlords and tenants are well looked after.

Carly Frost carries out the day to day administration and property management including inspections. Carly's previous experience in credit control and office management makes her the backbone of this successful team.

Live and rent in Ealing

Ealing has a lot of history and is often referred to as the “Queen of the suburbs”. For many years it has been a very desirable and affluent area to live.

Ealing is best known for its film studios, which are the oldest in the world. But apart from the film studios it plays host to several annual festivals, including the Jazz Festival, which is held in Walpole Park, and the extremely popular Beer Festival which is put on between the 7th and 10th of July each year. It also has a great nightlife, with an array of bars, restaurants and clubs to choose from.

With excellent transport links, good schools, and Thames Valley University (soon to be call The University of West London), as well as many major companies, including Diageo, Danone, GlaxoSmithKline(GSK), and Sky a short distance from the town centre, Ealing is an ideal place to live.

We specialise in contemporary middle to high end properties and most of our tenants are either professional or direct Company Lets. However, we’re always looking for 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments/period conversion flats as well as 4/5 bedroom houses, as the type of clients and companies we usually deal with have a preference for this kind of property.

The majority of our landlords are Buy to Let investors, portfolio landlords and investment companies, and we also deal with a number of new to the market landlords who have not had experience of renting out there property previously.
