We have moved into one of MAF’s properties houses this year with my friends, we are all really happy with the accommodation. The house was lovely and clean fitted with modern furniture in the bedrooms and lounge. The bathrooms and kitchen were also very spacious. The house itself has a nice feel to it and we all really enjoy living here. The staff at MAF properties are very reliable and always on hand to help whenever needed nothing is too much to ask. We will defiantly be continuing to stay with MAF properties next year and throughout our academic studies

Just about to start my second year and move into 99 William Street, Have to say the house is amazing having spent a few nights there over summer and the Estate agents have been very informative and very nice. The website looks very nice looks modern and keeps the same theme as the old website which is nice to see. I would highly recommend MAF properties to any student looking for housing as they are a very reliable option for people looking for accommodation with friends in Sheffield.
Just moved into our new accomodation at Ecclesall Gate and we've got to say its something else! Everything is top quality and brand new, customer service is excellent and they simply go above and beyond.

We have recently moved into our property with MAF and chose it for its excellent location to University and Sheffield town centre. The house is clean, furnished well with good appliances and decoration. We have also hugely appreciated, as nursing students, being able to live in the property over summer as we are still in university and on placement. We have found MAF staff to be friendly, helpful and approachable and any requests we have made have been dealt with. We are glad we chose MAF properties and would recommend them to other students.
