Let Only

With the let only service, the landlord would become solely responsible for any issues that arise following the commencement date of the tenancy. The let only service will provide you with the following benefits:

Full marketing and advertising costs (including digital marketing) .
To Let board.
Provision of Tenancy Agreement or Licence to occupy.
Accompanied viewings (where applicable) .
Collection and remittance of initial month's rent received.
Providing tenant (s) with method of payment.
Deduction of any pre-tenancy invoices.
Advising all relevant utility providers of changes.

Full Management

We will manage the whole let for you, from collecting the rent to repairs and maintenance. Let Only service PLUS: Full photographic inventory of contents and condition.
Advising all relevant utility providers of changes.
Collection and remittance of each month's rent collected throughout tenancy term.
Providing tenants with method of payment.
Pursuing non-payments of rent and provide advice on rent arrears action.
Inspection of the property periodically to ensure compliance with the terms of the tenancy.
