Abigail helped me to view a property. She was polite, friendly and took the time to follow up in a non-aggressive or pushy way. I didn't end up moving, but Abigail was so helpful and when my needs changed, she was quick to work with me to try to help. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I was shown around for some flat viewings by Sarah, who was extremely helpful and professional, especially given the strange situation of doing viewings with social distancing measures. Abigail in the office arranged everything beforehand with no fuss and was very helpful too.

Mark and Sarah have been absolute stars. We have found a high-quality property that we really like and the pair of them went out of their way to contact us and arrange a last-minute viewing yesterday (Friday 12th July 2019). We have had constant friendliness, great customer service, and clarity when explaining all processes and required payments etc. Cannot wait to meet the landlord for the property!!


Morgan's have been extremely helpful throughout my time in my property. Rebecca and Daniel have always been on the other end of the phone/email when I've had questions or issues and I really can't fault them. I would highly recommend.


Morgans have been extremely helpful with helping us secure our flat, Sarah showed us several properties and went above and beyond what a normal letting agent would be willing to do. Rebecca Parker has since been our property manager and she has been really helpful and any issues raised have been addressed quickly and passed onto the landlord who has fixed them. We are pleased with our service so far and have no concerns contacting Rebecca for anything we may need.


My experience with Holly and Sarah at Morgans North Leeds Rentals so far has been very positive. I have found them to be quick and efficient when dealing with enquiries, processing admin and answering questions. The property tour was conducted in a very informative and friendly manner - good knowledge of the property and local area.
