An incredible service given! As a tenant one thing that I have struggled with previously is a lack responsiveness from estate agents when there are issues with a property. RPMS go above and beyond when solving issues and their efficiency is incredible. A very friendly team and very proactive in their approach. Highly recommend!

Some agencies do not really care about the tennants they are responsible for. RPMS is definitely not one of them.

Ever since I started my tennancy I knew I could rely on them. When problem popped up it was a matter of 2 days maximum to solve it. Can't say a single bad word about them nor recommend them enough.

Stay away from this agent. The director is rude, ignorant and owes us money. The property we rent from them is poorly managed, poor standard. Lot of promises from agent to do maintenance work before we moved in never happened. We have had to take days of for no show work men, eventually had a written agreement for us to get work sorted and settlement would be paid after work completed. This hasn't happened having to go to small claims court to get money back. This company is poor, small little man running the company with a big attitude. Do not rent, buy or let from this company.
