They are understanding and flexible with rent payments and are willing to negotiate and compromise to make the letting work for all parties involved. Any maintance issues are responded to. For my property a man called Chris often comes, Chris is polite, understanding and gets things sorted in a timely manner. Would recommend this letting agency

I have rented with Leydon Lettings for 2 years now as a student and I wouldn't choose anyone else. Leydon Lettings offer a good quality service that is both efficient and friendly. Maintenance problems are resolved quickly and the availability of an online problem reporting system is useful. Members of staff are also very helpful with other matters and keep tenants informed. Me and 4 friends stayed with leydon lettings for 2 years and encountered hardly any trouble. We had a brilliant time and it was made even better by the lack of hassle from the Lettings agency.

As we moved in, they purchased a brand new 32inch flatscreen for our living room which we were not expecting at all. The Internet was brilliant, really good signal and fast download speeds all over the house. The responses to any queries we had were timely and they were very friendly + helpful.

The one problem was the summer prices where we paid over a thousand pound each to keep the house. Despite not living there for over 2 months we had to pay the same rent minus the bills. No further reduction was included which we found difficult to pay for.

Overall, service and student accommodation was great for us. However, the summer prices were a bit hard hitting on the likes of us students!

One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent.

Our service level fees are in addition to the setup and other fees and charges detailed below. If the monthly rental was 1000 you will pay a fee of 750 inclusive of VAT.
