You refer to our reply to the previous tenant who provided us a low rating.
You fail to see in our post that we are trying to help people that rent houses understand 'all that is asked is that the property be returned in the same clean state as when they received it'.
Prior to handback of a property we always visit the tenants and advise on what areas need to be cleaned and what products are available to complete the task.
The tenant to whom you refer totally wrecked his accommodation leaving rubbish which filled over forty two black bags and had to be disposed of at his cost.
He also caused further substantial damages - despite us helping them out all year and providing our advise.
We indeed help the students (our clients) as far as practically possible and have thousands of satisfied customers depite your remarks.
If you are a legitimate relative to one of our clients please ask your son / daughter (whom infact would be our customer - not you) to contact us with any grievance and we will assist to our best ability.
