I have been using Lanes for the letting of my properties for 6 years and for the entire time I have had just 2 weeks not rented. The team are always on top of tenant issues and never even bother me for minor gripes or maintenance requests. The annual electrical and boiler servicing are dealt with automatically and so I am hardly ever bothered with any issues. Rent is always on time every month, with a modest increase each year. Even our tenant is complimentary of their service! I have no experience of any other MK agency.....because I don’t need to!

What can I say apart from the fact these guys are a professional outfit and make rental simple. No hidden fees, everything transparent and educated staff who know their business. We viewed a number of properties before we decided which one to go for and for every viewing we requested the guys where punctual and knowledgeable and made our lives so much easier by managing to fit our requests into the slim time windows we had available. Have to give special thanks to both Sian and Laura who went the extra mile for us, we couldn't recommend them enough!!

We placed our property with Lanes as the competitors made various errors in the description and marketing details whereas Lanes were on the ball straight away. Advertised by Lanes on the Friday and sold by the following Thursday to a really nice couple. Sounds silly but we wanted our much loved house to go to people who cared. Lanes ensured this was the case and also achieved a good price. Debbie and Craig were super from start to finish.
