Our Tenant's Service will find an ideal property in your preferred area in Leicester. We will carry out a credit checks and reference check. We charge £65 per applicant to cover administration and referencing costs, a proportion of which is refunded if the tenancy does not proceed.

We'll find a tenant and we'll also take care of collecting a monthly rental payments on behalf of a landlord.
