In a world of terrible estate agents Homelife are different, they really stand out with their excellent customer service. When any issues with the house occured the maintenance team would be out the same or next day to fix things. Homelife are fair and easy to deal with, and returned our deposits in a timely manner

An excellent letting agent. The staff are really helpful, friendly and fair. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect for my housemate and me. When I was planning my move to Southampton from overseas (having never been here in person) I was understandably worried about my potential living situation. I was lucky to have found Homelife and a great property to move into upon my arrival 3 years ago. They were absolutely wonderful throughout my tenancy in a number of ways. Firstly, I would have been quite lost if they were not willing to arrange the tenancy from overseas to begin with. Secondly, the tenancy agreement was clear and they were happy to clarify any issues. Thirdly, the property was partly furnished—all in good condition. Fourthly, their maintenance team is amazing—always happy to help resolve an issue within time and considerate of my indoor cats. Fifthly, Terry and Yazmin were great in helping me ending the tenancy—plenty of notice for viewings, care for my cats, very understanding when I had begun packing (think boxes and stuff everywhere), and quick check out/return of my deposit. Overall, I’m very happy and would happily rent from them again.

A great agency with an extremely friendly service always punctual when it comes to hazards and an amazing maintenance team they are very professional when problems occur .

I have rented two properties from HomeLife Lettings over the last three and a half years, and can honestly say that it's been a pleasure and I've personally had no issues at all. On the odd occasion that I've needed maintenance work, it's been completed in good time and to a good standard.
I found the whole team very friendly and approachable and would have no hesitation recommending HomeLife to anyone looking to rent. My only minor gripe would be you have to give two months notice to vacate rather than the industry standard of one month, but as I said, the team is approachable and flexible, and will help where they can.
