We are an independent family firm specialising in residential lettings, property management, investment and sales (France) and mortgages (buy-to-let). We know how to manage property for optimum performance, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws. We are members of (UKALA), United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents and The Property Ombudsman and we have agreed to adhere to their strict codes of practice and have in place professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Having over 900 fully managed properties across our three offices, we are large enough to cope, but small enough to care. Our fees range from 6% - 10%.
