As a seller, the staff at Granger and Oaks were a delight to deal with. I can't fault Jonathan and the team for their help with selling our property. Although the initial assessment of where we potentially stood in the market was a bit off the mark, it was understandably difficult to predict the downturn in the housing market, and a readjustment to account for this was handled excellently. I'm sure that the larger estate agents would have done a good job had we gone with them, but I got the impression that G&O went the extra mile for us, which we probably wouldn't have got from these 'bigger fish'! The online tool to see viewing feedback was also very useful. Another thing I don't think we would have got elsewhere. Highly recommend!

To satisfy demand from prospective tenants Granger & Oaks are on the hunt for landlords with property to rent in Nottingham. To help people new to the area we have created these local guides that give a flavour of the areas, and what there is to do in them.


Below is an affordability calculator used to determine whether a person is financially able to be a tenant. This is determined by taking the monthly rent for a particular property and multiplying it by 30. After your viewing, call us to express your interest in proceeding. We will then send you an email that you will need to respond to outlining your application. 2. Once we have your email we will discuss your application with the landlord and respond, normally within 24hrs. If you're application is selected we will call you to take a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent, by debit card.
