I have had great service - I work overseas. The whole team gave me very professional service-nothing too much trouble (particularly Jo who did the viewings and Mat Symons who managed my Account). The Property Was marketed on all the promised websites within a few hours of me signing and let with in days. I was kept up to date by email & TEXT which is great as I am out of the country. The price was the same for overseas as for based in the UK and they were the only agent I could find that did this. With regards to the service, every thing that was promised was delivered and the staff were 1st class. The colleagues are nice and friendly and are a pleasure to deal with. As I am abroad I checked all the agents I emailed and called and these guys were the best and registered with The ombudsman, National association of estate agents, the tenant deposit scheme which the majority of agents I checked were not.
