Mathew at Gallus Property recently took over the management of my Airbnb flat in the Westend of Glasgow. Unfortunately, a couple of days into first rental there were some serious issues with boiler. I couldn’t understate the efforts that he went to in order to rectify the problem as smoothly as possible for the guests.

He is always very prompt in replying to guests, and it’s now being managed beyond my expectations. Also, incredibly competitive management fees, especially for such a dedicated level of service.

Gallus property has went above and beyond for me and my partner these last few months. I am now lucky to be a long term tenant within one of their properties! The service and care with getting everything sorted was faltless! I was originally sceptical about the whole opportunity, however, when I met Matthew the owner I was immediately reassured about becoming an occupant within his apartment as he was so genuine from the start. For anyone considering booking a short stay or enquiring about anything else - I can’t reccomded highly enough. The property in itself - stunning. My partner and I stayed in Matt's Buchanan Street property and it was fantastic! The location of the flat was perfect. For anyone wishing to stay in Glasgow city centre I very much doubt you'll find a better located flat than Matt's on Buchanan Street. The flat itself was beautifully designed and had everything you could ask for or need. And I must make a special mention for the murial that Matt had custom made for his balcony as it's a must see and it really helps seperate his property from other Airbnb's I considered. What also really helped make our stay better was Matt's knowledge of Glasgow as it's second to none - especially If you need any restaurant recommendations then he is definitely your man.


Matthew has sourced, viewed, upgraded and let out my first buy to let (Glasgow). The service provided has been outstanding. Matthew has worked effectively to deliver an end to end service which has minimised the amount of time that I have had to spend. His hard work has enabled the project to be let out significantly above Matthew's indicated rental value. We stayed for a week in the Buchanan Street flat. We were here for a conference in the city, so it was an ideal location for City Centre venues.
The flat is beautifully finished and immaculate with everything you need.

The host was very helpful before our visit and made sure we had everything we needed for our visit. They provided a great information pack to help with our visit.
