Councils yet again looking for new ways to charge where they can for no work on their part. They can now charge full council rates on empty properties!!! The only way to avoid now is to keep your voids low (Get refurbishments done quickly) and renew good

Hi guys please help us settle a debate. We had a refurbishment a year ago and after all rooms cleaned, painting etc. The budget allowed for either refurbishing grotty kitchen units and mouldly bathroom re-tiled and painted.... or new carpet in lounge
