The Guild of Residential landlords is a professional Landlord association that operates nationally in the UK. It has been in existence since 1985, changing to its current name in 2000. It provides all the necessary legal & professional advice to Easy Let and rent, ensuring that all our letting paperwork is leagl & professional, and has been checked and used in a court of law. We also reward existing landlord clients who refer / introduce new landlords to the business (could be as simple a putting us in touch with new Landlords) through our "refer a friend" initiative.


A significant proportion of landlords sadly cannot consider you as a tenant, as clauses in their mortgage agreement prevent them from doing so. Where housing benefit tenants can be considered, you are in a much stronger position if you can arrange to have a guarantor in place (who is a home owner) to guarantee your rent. This could be a family member or a close friend.
