The first office opened in Ealing Broadway and predominately engaged in the letting and managing of residential properties. The proprietor and Managing Director, after retiring from his previous profession as Export Marketing Executive, established Ealing Properties. I chose Ealing as my patch partly because, I and my family have lived in Ealing since 1977 and know the borough very well; also because I find Ealing a flourishing Cosmopolitan town with a diverse community and balanced mixture of nationalities, English, Irish, Welsh, Scottish, Armenian, Iranian, Caribbean, Indian, Pakistani, Polish and others, living in harmony .

Ealing is also blessed with superb transport network which provide its residents easy access to the Westend and the City, as well as Slough and Maidenhead. The Borough with its plentiful parks, leafy streets, shops, restaurants, libraries and shopping centres provide a pleasant environment for all who live in Ealing. The rental values may not be the cheapest in London, but the quality of its properties and its superb transport network, all together provide good value for money.
