The company was created by Michael and Susannah Saville to provide a Sales, Letting and Management service to increase the reputation of local Estate & Letting Agents. With our own portfolio of properties built up since 1994, we had experienced some unimpressive service from Agents in the local areas. We felt that Essex needed an agent who delivered an honest and professional service to both Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords at a realistic price.
