We opened our doors back in 1994. After many years of working in corporate and independent estate agency, our vision was something simple, but effective. The goal, right from day one, was for Chase Buchanan to be known as "Not just another Estate Agent!" This remains true today, as we have evolved into the area's favourite estate agency. Never striving for "world domination", we just want to make sure that we give our Clients and Customers the very best level of service and professionalism.


I began my career as an Estate Agent back in 1985, predominantly across South-West London, with the majority of that time spent within the Richmond Borough. Ten years later I joined Chase Buchanan as the Sales Manager of our Twickenham Office before becoming a Director just 2 years later. At this time I realised that I had a passion for Land & New Homes. Subsequently I went on to manage the successful launch of many new developments, including: St Margarets Waterside, Old Lodge Place, Rotary Court, Bridle Mews and Forsyth House.

I have worked at Chase Buchanan for 10 years and have had the privilege of running our Lettings department in St Margarets since 2013. Having a well-established team with two Senior Negotiators certainly helps with the smooth running of my lettings office - no challenge is too much for us. Every day we feel lucky to be working in such a gorgeous village, where there are so many beautiful local cafes and restaurants. Being a Mum of two, I tend to find a lot of common ground with our Landlords and Tenants in St Margarets, which is very much a family oriented area.


I have worked at Chase Buchanan since 2013 but have been an agent for 11 years and I have to say, my love for the industry is still as strong as ever. I grew up in the Isleworth area so know the area very well and I feel lucky to have the opportunity to manage this busy branch. I thoroughly enjoy working in this market and get a great buzz out of helping secure a speedy Let for our Landlords and helping our Tenants find their dream home. After doing the job for so many years, I can comfortably say my team and I offer a very personal service to our clients which helps us stand out from our competition and build great relationships.
