From Our Website

For both services we visit the property and offer advice, fully market the property and accompany viewers. Once an applicant is chosen we will fully reference all applicants and report back to landlord. Once satisfactory references are received we will complete all tenancy paperwork and install the tenants. If we are on a FULLY MANAGED service we then continue to manage the property and we can go through exactly what this entails when we meet. At present our fully managed service is as little as 9% of the monthly rental income with a set up fee of 125.


There are no applicaiton fees however once you apply for a property we will request a reservation holding deposit of 100. This is refundable under the terms of your reservation holding deposit agreement and will be used as part of your first month's rent and deposit unless you inform us otherwise.


In order for you to rent a property you will need to know if you have any CCJ's (County Court Judgements) or any previous poor credit. If you have then it may still be possible to rent through ourselves but you may need a guarantor.


Finding the right mortgage can be a minefield as there are many lenders offering a variety of products with varying qualifying criteria. Don't leave your biggest financial transaction to chance, let our advisor do the hard work and find the right lender for you. Our advisors can manage the whole process and every recommendation is bespoke and unique to each client. An independent advisor offering whole of the market (Our second advisor is representative of whole of the market), so although they are our preferred mortgage advisor, you can still use their services even if you are not using our services.
