I had my house in Bolton, renovated and completed with new carpets on the wednesday, I called Jon at Blackstone. He came down to view and take pictures on Thursday. On his return to his office he called me to book 3 viewings for Friday, he called me after the viewing on Friday. He had two possibles but one who was perfect for my requirements, he took tenant's details and processed their reference checks. These were approved on following Tuesday and the tenants moved in by the end of the week!!
