Preparation of initial and final inventory.

Blacks will become the tenants’ first point of contact, and we will deal with all issues that arise, with the minimum of fuss and disruption to you.

We will carry out regular property inspections – initial inspection at 6 weeks, then at 3 monthly intervals.

Rent payments will be made directly from the tenants to Blacks Residential Lettings Client account.

We will then transfer the rental income into your nominated bank account or direct to you by cheque, less your management fee.

We will also notify the local Council Tax department at the beginning and end of the tenancy

Due to the continuing strength of the lettings market, we urgently require good quality properties in all areas across Teesside and the North East of England.

Our rental assessments are carried out by local valuers who have an excellent knowledge of the lettings market and many years experience in the housing sector.

We are a dedicated letting agent with great attention to detail, and we will provide you with an honest and diligent service.

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

Once you have instructed Blacks Residential Lettings to market your property we will endeavour to find you a suitable tenant using our extensive database of ready to move tenants.

We carry out various means of advertising which includes the local press, internet listing on our website and on various property portals, eye-catching To Let boards and we will display your property details in our office.
