We used them for many years to let a flat in Nottingham which we inherited from my mother. . They always found tenants quickly and handled any problems that came up very efficiently. We are now selling up in Nottingham but would certainly use them again
I am a first-time landlord and have been with Belvoir for just over a year. The service I have received has been impeccable. The staff are always friendly and happy to answer any queries I have; inspections of my property have been carried out on time (and I have been kept updated concerning the outcome); any maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and rent is always received in my account promptly. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Belvoir.
I've been a tenant with Belvoir for the past 4 years. At the time when I moved in, I was dealing with the old management team and the service was alright but not always very responsive. I've enquired on several items in the flat and they just never got back to me for some of them.
Since they've changed management in Dec 2014, it's been much better. The staff is nicer when you call and they respond to queries a bit faster and better. They've also offered great support on sensitive issues and are very much on the tenant's side as much as on the landlord's, they're very fair and definitely listen to their tenant.
They have not been able to provide answers or assistance on a couple of minor things but I reckon those were just out of their control (for example communal building rules etc).
They're very organised for visits and monitoring all that needs monitoring, so all in all, they offer a very good service.
I'd definitely recommend renting with them.
