Having been disillusioned by our previous agents we selected Alexander Pittaway to find a new tenant. We were delighted with the professional service. The process was impeccable and the team there courteous and efficient.

We are a proud member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings) which means we operate to a strict code of conduct and as well as being professionally qualified for property lettings. Rent Collect Service offers the same benefits as our Tenant Find Service but in addition the rent will come through us and is passed onto the landlord. Alexander Pittaway will keep an eye on the property to make sure rent is paid on time and we will chase up any late payments.
If your property is mortgaged, you should obtain your mortgagee's written consent to the letting. They may require additional clauses in the tenancy agreement of which you must inform us. If you are a leaseholder, you should check the terms of your lease, and obtain any necessary written consent before letting. You should ensure that you are suitably covered for letting under both your buildings and contents insurance. Failure to inform your insurers may invalidate your policies. We can advise on Landlords Legal Protection, Rent Guarantee Cover and Landlords Contents and Buildings Insurance if required.
