247 Property Services are based on Netherhall Road, the ‘Property Mile’ of Doncaster with two offices; a traditional rent and administration hub with a second office for new homes as a showroom. We provide a high standard of service for people who want to let properties and for those who want to rent them in the Yorkshire areas. We operate with Regional Managers and a massive accurate software system that allows all Mangers the ability to work/live anywhere within their own designated region. The Regional Manager is your direct port of call to your area and is there to answer any questions you may have about your property. The Administration Hub is a direct link for account queries and tenant queries. We also have Polish translators available on site for the Polish community.

Our tenants can pay their rent by Standing Order, Cash, Debit Card or even online through our website ensuring that we collect direct from their accounts, these are checked daily. Regional Managers make collections in some cases to ensure payments are made by high risk tenants. The tenants financial history is checked before specific payment methods are set up. This is one of the things that make us unique amongst letting agents in Yorkshire, in Doncaster local tenants even have the ability to pay at the Office.

Should a tenant not pay on their due date they are allowed 5 days grace during which time a phone call is made and a letter is sent to remind them of their rental payment. After the 5th Day, our Eviction Officers arrive at the door to ascertain why payment has not been made and/or collect payment. If this occurs more than twice during the first 6 months AST then we would not renew their agreement unless there were extenuating circumstances.

Since 247 Property Services opened for business in 2005, we have built our portfolio up to manage more than 1200 properties and there are new ones arriving all the time. Our Landlords may have retired or sold their holdings in the natural course of the property business but none has ever left through dissatisfaction with our service.

247 Property Services looks after all types of properties ranging from luxury homes in Lakeside and Bessacarr, through to suburban 2 to 3 bed family homes, to flats and studios in town. We can also boast 186 student-type rooms in shared houses around Doncaster town centre, all of which conform to Government Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) regulations where necessary. These rooms traditionally have a high turnover rate but ours never stay empty for long.
